Baked pasta with salami and spinach.( ENG/ESP)

As you now know from my previous posts I have had health problems with my kidneys and I am on a diet, and you will say "If you are on a diet why do you cook baked pasta?" because I'm on a diet but my husband isn't, yesterday I cooked fennel in milk for myself (you can find the recipe on my blog) and a dish of spinach and for my husband I made pasta with tomato sauce, but I made way too much of it and so as not to make him eat the same dish for two days in a row, I decided to find a creative solution and use the leftovers to make baked pasta!

For this recipe I used:

  • 150 grams of leftover pasta with tomato sauce
  • 50 grams of spinach
  • 2 slices of Milanese salami
  • 50 grams of Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 80 ml of bechamel.

First I prepared a pan where I placed the leftover pasta evenly (to make it I had previously heated the water, boiled the pasta and added a ready-made tomato sauce).

Como ya sabes por mis publicaciones anteriores, he tenido problemas de salud en los riñones y estoy a dieta, y dirás: "Si estás a dieta, ¿por qué cocinas pasta al horno?" porque estoy a dieta pero mi marido no, ayer cociné hinojo en leche para mí (podéis encontrar la receta en mi blog) y un plato de espinacas y para mi marido hice pasta con salsa de tomate, pero Preparé demasiada cantidad y para no obligarlo a comer el mismo plato durante dos días seguidos, decidí buscar una solución creativa y utilizar las sobras para hacer pasta al horno. Para esta receta utilicé:

  • 150 gramos de sobras de pasta con salsa de tomate
  • 50 gramos de espinacas
  • 2 rebanadas de salami milanés
  • 50 gramos de parmesano reggiano
  • 80 ml de bechamel.

Primero preparé una sartén donde coloqué la pasta sobrante de manera uniforme (para hacerla previamente calenté el agua, herví la pasta y le agregué una salsa de tomate ya preparada).

Then we add the spinach (which I had prepared the previous day simply by boiling it with two tablespoons of salt and draining it) mixing it with the pasta with a ladle, then we take the salami and cut it into small pieces and add it to the pasta and spinach, mix it again. Remove about ten pieces of pasta and place them in a small bowl.

At this point we add the béchamel and spread it along the entire surface, do the same thing with the parmesan, then take the pieces of dough set aside and use them to make a sort of crown around the pan, to form the circle. Then preheat the oven at 180 for ten minutes and then bake the pan for about twenty-five minutes. Once finished we will have an exquisite dish and we won't have wasted a single leftover, my husband really liked this creative pasta!

Luego añadimos las espinacas (que había preparado el día anterior simplemente hirviéndolas con dos cucharadas de sal y escurriendo) mezclándolas con la pasta con un cucharón, luego cogemos el salami y lo cortamos en trozos pequeños y lo añadimos a la pasta y las espinacas, mezclar nuevamente.

Retire unos diez trozos de pasta y colóquelos en un bol pequeño. En este punto añadimos la bechamel y la esparcimos por toda la superficie, hacemos lo mismo con el parmesano, luego cogemos los trozos de masa reservados y los utilizamos para hacer una especie de corona alrededor de la sartén, para formar el círculo. Luego precalienta el horno a 180 durante diez minutos y luego hornea el molde durante unos veinticinco minutos. Una vez terminado tendremos un plato exquisito y no habremos desperdiciado ni un solo sobrante, ¡a mi marido le gustó mucho esta pasta creativa!
