I rarely eat chestnuts because are really super expensive here but when I lived in the mountains and where free unusually to boil it or cook them in a special pan, by the wine this puree with liquor and cream looks really a super yummy thing, a sweet treat 🤤🤤

We usually eat the roasted version, and we love it but the puree... oh, I haven't eaten it for so many years, so I enjoyed this sweet treat a lot :)
