The deliciousness of many regional specialties always makes me feel excited to try new dishes. Moreover, with its unique presentation, which is certain from its appearance alone is tempting enough for anyone who sees it.
There have been a lot of changes in my area lately. What used to be a relatively remote area has now turned into a small town with a variety of culinary specialties sold by street vendors and grand shops.
This location is now a destination for local and foreign tourists. Because there are many culinary delights and it is also very comfortable to relax in the afternoon to evening because there are so many visitors who come to just relax and try various culinary delights. The address of this place is at Simpang Rangkaya, Jalan Exonmobil, Tanah Luas sub-district, North Aceh district.
I have visited this place very often, besides being close it is also very comfortable to hang out just for coffee or dinner with friends. Well one of them is enjoying meatball noodles, meatballs are indeed the most popular culinary here, there are various meatballs that are sold in this area, one of which is the meatball I want to try.
Lava Meatballs
Lava meatballs are a culinary that has been viral here for a very long time, but I just tried it, the price is quite high for this type of meatball. But believe me this is very appropriate for the portions and flavors they offer. I ordered the lava meatballs, because indeed this meatball is the best seller here. In addition to these meatballs there are also other menus such as chicken meatball noodles, chicken noodles and also types of soup rice.
Now my order of lava meatballs is served on a hot plate, the way to serve the lavanya meatballs is separated from the sauce, the sauce is prepared in a bowl. Here I deliberately ordered without noodles, well for one portion this costs IDR. 30,000.
The meatballs are served on a hot plate doused with red chili sauce, the sauce is quite thick with a sweet and savory spicy taste. When I tasted the sauce, it was indeed served with a mixture of tomato sauce and a little broth to add a savory taste. The spiciness is not too much, I think the description of this taste is standard spicy, not over, for my tongue maybe I should add a little more chili sauce.

I started to split this big meatball, the size of a baseball, it turns out that the contents inside this meatball are small meatballs and chili inside. The chili is still very standard I'm sure anyone can enjoy it.
The texture of the meatballs is very soft and chewy, not hard at all, the color is very beautiful. Well again the meatballs they make are chicken meatballs so this is probably what makes it cheaper than meatballs in other places.
Chicken Meatball Noodles
The chicken meatball noodles here are very cheap, the price per portion for meatballs with a menu as complete as this is only IDR. 10,000. The contents are very complete in that portion you already get 4 meatballs, a lot of shredded chicken and also yellow noodles and vermicelli with a mixture of gravy and a sprinkling of fried onions which are very delicious.
My friend ordered the usual portion of meatballs and slurped up the meatball soup and added so much sauce on top. The mixture of hard-boiled egg granules and crackers is a mainstay.
Drinks
I also had the fruit soup with a very large portion for only IDR. 15,000. Quite cheap with this much pore. I ordered and enjoyed it with my best friend, I think if you eat it alone it will be overwhelming because the portion is quite large.
The fruit content is quite complete, watermelon, melon, aple, mango, and also dragon fruit. There is jelly as a complement and also basil seeds. For the drink they added a little sweetened condensed to make the aroma more attractive and of course the taste must be sweet. I like this combination, there are ice cubes with complete fruit all very fresh.
All the dishes here are overall very good, the service is also quite friendly and most importantly the food is complete and varied of course it tastes quite good. I highly recommend you to come visit here. The evening atmosphere in my opinion is very good to relax here, although the building is not too finished yet, it is quite comfortable to relax with family while enjoying delicious food.
Well in the back of this place directly rice fields so that the natural scenery and the wind is quite fresh and comfortable. I made this meatball for my next visit. Because I rarely match the meatballs that fit my tongue, in my opinion, the meatballs here are very reekomended for you.
