Milk Bread Jackfruit Cake


A cake that utilizes fresh bread and jackfruit as natural ingredients for the fragrance and sweetness of this dish. Moreover, white bread is the main ingredient as a substitute for flour to create an extraordinary softness in the cake.

This cake is usually served with flour, but who would have thought that processing white bread into a simple cake with a mixture of jackfruit and raisins as well as eggs and milk would be an extraordinary dish and very suitable for various events.

Ingredients Needed

75 grams jackfruit
3 pieces of white bread
50 grams sugar
1 egg
75 ml thick coconut milk
¼ teaspoon salt
30 grams raisins




Procedure For Making


Step 1


Cut the bread into cubes, or according to taste, try to keep the shape small.

Step 2


Then pot also small ripe jackfruit, then raisins also cut small according to the size of jackfruit.

Beat the eggs then mix with sugar.

Next add milk and then salt, stir everything until well mixed.

Combine the bread, jackfruit and raisins in the prepared egg mixture.

Then add to the aluminum foil bowl until everything is full.

Step 7


Continue baking the dough in the oven for up to 25 minutes using top and bottom heat at 180 degrees Celsius.

Serve the jackfruit with fresh bread cake with hot tea while relaxing. Believe me it's delicious, sweet and savory and very soft. The combination of jackfruit gives a distinctive aroma, especially when I scoop the cake uhh it's perfect. It's perfect to enjoy when the cake is warm in my opinion, I also like the texture of the soft pieces of bread.

Well for those of you who have leftover bread and don't know what to do with it, I think this is a quick alternative to serve a delicious, beautiful cake that can certainly be enjoyed by anyone. You know my dad loved it so much he finished 3 cups at once while my mom and I only got 1 cup. Because it is that good, I think it is also suitable for children because it is nutritious and easy for you to prepare.
