Milk Bread Jackfruit Cake

This cake is usually served with flour, but who would have thought that processing white bread into a simple cake with a mixture of jackfruit and raisins as well as eggs and milk would be an extraordinary dish and very suitable for various events.

Ingredients Needed
3 pieces of white bread
50 grams sugar
1 egg
75 ml thick coconut milk
¼ teaspoon salt
30 grams raisins
Procedure For Making
Cut the bread into cubes, or according to taste, try to keep the shape small.
Then pot also small ripe jackfruit, then raisins also cut small according to the size of jackfruit.
Beat the eggs then mix with sugar.
Next add milk and then salt, stir everything until well mixed.
Combine the bread, jackfruit and raisins in the prepared egg mixture.
Then add to the aluminum foil bowl until everything is full.
Continue baking the dough in the oven for up to 25 minutes using top and bottom heat at 180 degrees Celsius.
Result
Serve the jackfruit with fresh bread cake with hot tea while relaxing. Believe me it's delicious, sweet and savory and very soft. The combination of jackfruit gives a distinctive aroma, especially when I scoop the cake uhh it's perfect. It's perfect to enjoy when the cake is warm in my opinion, I also like the texture of the soft pieces of bread.
