Young Coconut Glass Pudding
Young coconut glass pudding is processed young coconut made in layers with a combination of pink colors that are so charming. Now the layer of coconut water with the original coconut is often known as the glass layer because the color is made clear without coloring. The layers make it very attractive, of course, with the natural flavor of real coconut water.
Well actually this is my first pudding by processing whole young coconut using at the same time real coconut water and soft young coconut meat. After the first layer is finished, it's time to prepare the young coconut layer, make sure the first layer is stored in the refrigerator so that it hardens quickly. Now for young coconut use a good easy coconut, which is more fleshy so that the jelly is delicious. Here are the preparation steps to make the young coconut layer.

The first bite was so delightful, I could taste the natural aroma of young coconut and the flavor of the young coconut water. It's very difficult to describe, but believe me the texture of the young coconut is still soft, making the pudding so integrated. The sweetness was just right for my taste, not overpowering. I think this is the perfect pudding to enjoy anytime especially as I said above on a hot day as a dessert is also very appropriate.
