Keueng Aceh sour milkfish recipe

hello good afternoon everyone! Enjoy the weekend to all of us, may we always be given health and happiness to our families. Today I want to make a lunch menu for my family, and this time I will make my version of the original Acehnese keueng sour milkfish dish.

Milkfish has a very tasty Tasty texture and is rich in protein, which is very good for our body's protein needs


Let's follow some of the steps and ingredients that I will use to make the sour keueng milkfish recipe :


MATERIAL

  • Sliced milkfish 5
  • star fruit 4 pieces
  • lime leaves 5
  • green chilies 6
  • Salt to taste
  • enough water
  • Lime 1

GROUND SPICES

  • Shallots 4 sium
  • garlic 3 sium
  • turmeric 3 cm
  • Cayenne pepper 10
  • red chili 2
  • sunti acid 10 pieces
  • coriander 1 tablespoon
  • pepper 10 grains


CARA MENGOLAH



✔️First, add salt and lime to the fresh milkfish, stir until evenly mixed and let sit for 3 minutes to cook.

✔️While waiting for the fish to rest, I cut the star fruit in half, and for the green chilies I just broke them in half, or friends, according to your taste.

✔️Blend the ground spices until smooth

✔️Then put the milkfish into the pan and pour the ground spices into the fish and add about 200 ml of water and stir until evenly mixed with the spices.

✔️Then we turn on the stove and wait for it to boil first. Add salt, star fruit leaves and green chilies and stir again.

✔️After we add all the ingredients we wait for it to boil once again and we turn off the stove and it is ready to serve.


FINISHED

The shape of this dish is very distinctive, sour and savory, very suitable for eating with warm white rice.
