potato chop:
ingredients-
for batter:
- 1.5 cups of beson or gram flour.
- 1.5 teaspoons red chilli.
3.1.5 teaspoons of turmeric powder. - salt
- water 1.5 cup.
- any kind of powder or paste spices.
for Ingredients-
For mashed potato:
- 3-4 medium size potato.
- 2-3 tablespoon Onion slice.
- Coriander
- Green chili.
- Musterd oil.
- Ginger garlic paste 0.5 teaspoon each
Making process:
- take all the ingredients for batter and mix them properly.
- take all the ingredients for mashed potato and mix them together.
- take some of them and shape them like kabab.
- Deep fry the chop after dipping in the batter
Peyaji:
Ingredients-
- 3 cups of soaked lentil paste.
- Onion
- Green chili
- Ginger garlic paste 1.5 tablespoons.
- Turmeric powder.
- Salt
making process-
- add all the items.
- fry them until get crispy.
chickpeas fry:
ingredients-
- soaked boiled chickpeas
- chilli powder
- Turmeric powder.
- ginger garlic powder
- oil
- onion
7.salt
making process-
- fry all the items without chickpeas.
- at last add chickpeas and water.
Begoni:
- make batter as we make for potato chop.
- fry eggplant in thinly sliced pieces after dipping it in the batter.
