Hello , Assalamo Alaikum everyone.I hope you all are doing well. I am fine also. today I come here to share some iftar recipes with you. In this article, I will explain how to cook all the items. I explain it step by step.

potato chop:

ingredients-

for batter:

  1. 1.5 cups of beson or gram flour.
  2. 1.5 teaspoons red chilli.
    3.1.5 teaspoons of turmeric powder.
  3. salt
  4. water 1.5 cup.
  5. any kind of powder or paste spices.

for Ingredients-
For mashed potato:

  1. 3-4 medium size potato.
  2. 2-3 tablespoon Onion slice.
  3. Coriander
  4. Green chili.
  5. Musterd oil.
  6. Ginger garlic paste 0.5 teaspoon each

Making process:

  1. take all the ingredients for batter and mix them properly.
  2. take all the ingredients for mashed potato and mix them together.
  3. take some of them and shape them like kabab.
  4. Deep fry the chop after dipping in the batter

Peyaji:

Ingredients-

  1. 3 cups of soaked lentil paste.
  2. Onion
  3. Green chili
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1.5 tablespoons.
  5. Turmeric powder.
  6. Salt

making process-

  1. add all the items.
  2. fry them until get crispy.

chickpeas fry:

ingredients-

  1. soaked boiled chickpeas
  2. chilli powder
  3. Turmeric powder.
  4. ginger garlic powder
  5. oil
  6. onion
    7.salt

making process-

  1. fry all the items without chickpeas.
  2. at last add chickpeas and water.

Begoni:

  1. make batter as we make for potato chop.
  2. fry eggplant in thinly sliced pieces after dipping it in the batter.
