Buenos dias a todos, por fin llego l dia domingo, la verdad que lo espere con muchas ancias, por el solo hecho de romper el hielo y bueno tambien el regimen jajajaja., la verdad ya se estrañaba el de degustar algo asi, como lo es el chinchulin, asado en tira de carne de res y referente al chorizo el mismo es de pollo con queso rokeford, todo un manjar, la verdad que este asado no es de todos los dias, es por eso que lo voy a saborear.
Para acompañarlo es bueno degustarlo con una ensalada, bueno en este caso la misma se trata de ensalada rusa, o sea la verdura base es la papa y luego le agrego arveja, huevo duro cortado bien pequeño y tambien un poco de ajo bien picadito.
Como dice en el titulo, la nostalgia a veces nos lleva a los buenos recuerdo, pero la realidad se hace presente, asi que luego de encender el carbom. prepara este rico asado.
