




Some days back my sister in law gave me a packet of gluten-free pasta to prepare a yummy dish out of it!
After sautéing the vegetables (carrots/romanesco/onion/chives) with olive oil and garlic paste, I added a tasty coconut milk to make a creamy veggies sauce!
And lastly I added the boiled pasta in, checked the seasoning and boom...it was ready!
