One of the things that I still don't understand is how the new fast food restaurants like chicken broaster make the mistake of not making the same recipe in their menu.
This is the only answer I have to my doubt taking it to logic because they should not make another option. While there are stores that have a great track record, it is due to its unique taste and that is maintained over time, you can go to any branch and you will get the same taste you got elsewhere.
Currently in my city the opposite is happening with the new stores and they are not following the same recipe which makes people question a little and have a preference with the place to choose even if it is the same brand.
For example, this chicken that you see here in pictures looks succulent and delicious, but I must say that it was not at all lacking that original flavor of the brand that some time ago I tried in a mall and it was really exquisite.
The first time I tried the chicken of this brand was in an area far from where I live and the experience was terrible, if not the worst. Then I gave it a second chance because we were starving and we were surprised with the difference, taking this into account we thought that Ian had changed the recipe and that all the branches would have the same result.
But it is not entirely true, this one was crispy, the potatoes were well done, the areas were exquisite but the flavor was very bit.
So this only leaves the option of just preferring one branch and not taking advantage of the nearest one or preferring the old school whose taste we already know what it will be in any store.
