Mozambique tilapia Vhuna Recipe - Friday Special

in Hive Learnerslast year

Friends, Happy Friday everyone.

Today started off great, the surroundings are quite clean. There is no fog at all but there is still a slight chill. Due to which some cold is felt. But it's pretty sunny outside today and hopefully the weather will stay that way all day. The last few days, however, have been a bit colder.

In fact, much depends on the presence of winter sun, especially the severity of winter. But many times it is seen that the surroundings are clear and there is presence of sun in the sky but still the feeling of cold is effective. In fact, the environment and nature of the winter season is a little different. So not much can be predicted taking everything into account. It may be seen that the atmosphere will be cooler for the rest of the day.

Today is Friday, a weekend day so I hope to have such a beautiful location in nature and enjoy the day beautifully. Today I will share a delicious fish recipe. This is the Mozambique tilapia fish, although not everyone likes this fish. But I enjoy Mozambique tilapia in a variety of recipes whenever I get the chance. So today I have shared Mozambique tilapia Vhuna recipe with you.

Recipe Ingredients-

  • Mozambique tilapia
  • Onion sprouts
  • Onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Coriander leaves
  • Raw chilies
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Turmeric powder
  • Chilli powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Cumin powder
  • salt
  • Oil.

Preparation phase-

First, I cleaned the Mozambique tilapia fish, then rubbed it with light yellow pepper powder and salt.

Then I poured oil in a pan and heated it, then lightly fried the Mozambique tilapia fish with spices.

Then lightly fried with chopped onions and onion sprouts. Then I added ginger garlic paste along with all the spices.

Then I mixed light water with the spices, sliced tomato and grinded it.

Then I added the fried Mozambique tilapia fish, mixed with the spices and added light water for the broth.

Then when the broth reduces, add chopped green chillies and coriander leaves and take it out to serve.

Ready to serve Mozambique tilapia Vhuna recipe. Just as Mozambique tilapia tastes great with a variety of vegetables, Vhuna with onions also tastes great.

All are my original photographs.

Thanks all.
