Jak na leniwą sobotę, to mimo wszystko dużo się działo. W kwestii naszej inwestycji budowlanej spotkaliśmy się z wykonawcą, który nam będzie robić rekuperację i pompę ciepła. Nie jestem przekonany, czy to jest dobry wybór, ale chyba nie ma lepszego. Co gorsza z powodu problemów z Tauronem nie możemy od razu zainstalować fotowoltaiki. Dlaczego nie gaz? Aktualnie wyszło by to taniej, zarówno instancja jak i eksploatacja. Ale gaz magicznie przestaje być paliwem ekologicznym i będzie obłożony dodatkowym podatkiem (chyba od 2027 roku). Poza tym całkiem realnie myślę nad tym, żeby wykorzystać aktualnie obowiązujące zasady do tego, żeby postawić jakąś koparkę i korzystać z własnego prądu a urobek przeznaczyć na prąd od października do marca.

Even though it was a lazy Saturday, there was a lot going on. Regarding our construction investment, we met with the contractor who will install heat recovery and a heat pump. I'm not convinced this is a good choice, but I don't think there is a better one. What's worse, due to problems with Tauron, we cannot install photovoltaics right away. Why not gas? Currently, it would be cheaper, both the installation and operation. But gas magically ceases to be an ecological fuel and will be subject to an additional tax (probably from 2027). Moreover, I am seriously thinking about using the current rules to build a mining rig and use my own electricity, and use the crypto for electricity from October to March.

Fotowoltaika byłaby super, ewentualnie w połączeniu z wiatrakiem(ami) + pomieszczenie na baterie itd.

Jak się budowaliśmy to to jeszcze raczkowało i było bardzo drogie, straszyli że prądu nam nie starczy bo dom jest duży.Jednak pociągnięcie prądu też nas dużo kosztowało, bardzo dużo (kilkanaście tysięcy euro).

Teraz żałujemy w sumie.
Dobrze że zamontowaliśmy panel na ciepłą wodę, też polecam, chociaż nie wiem jak to się opłaca w polskim klimacie.

Przez ten cały problem z Tauronem (brak możliwości podłączenia) tracimy jakieś 10 tys. mozliwej dotacji. Waham się, czy zamiast tego nie zainwestować jeszcze w magazyn energii oraz agregat, żeby mieć jak najmniej do czynienia z siecią. Z turbiną to mąż @moniqwashere rozeznawał niedawno temat i zrezygnował.
A co do paneli solarnych to działają u nas, ale zimą trzeba dogrzewać, a w lecie słyszałem, że są awarie z powodu wysokiej temperatury.

Jeśli chodzi o solar, to my też zimą nie mamy ciepłej wody absolutnie. Mamy centralne ogrzewanie na ropę.

Od marca jest letnia ale nie gorąca woda na kąpiel dla mnie zmarzlucha.
Latem leci wrzątek dla kilkunastu osób, mamy boiler 150 litrów. Awarii absolutnie nie ma od 16 lat (trzeba uzupełniać odpowiedni płyn w solarze) a nadmiar wrzątku jest wydalany automatycznie. Możliwe że są różnice w modelach i producentach ze względu na klimat, nie wiem.
W każdym razie ja zmieniam wajchy i jestem zadowolona, aczkolwiek można to zautomatyzować.

Na pewno znajdziecie odpowiednie dla Was rozwiązanie 🙂
