Para mí es una regla, que cada vez que llegue a una nueva ciudad, debo comer su comida autóctona, o comer como comen allí. Por eso, cada vez que alguien me decía: tienes que comer ajiaco, yo les tomé la palabra, y en el primer restaurante que visitamos, me pedí un buen plato de ajiaco.
El ajiaco es una sopa de pollo y papas. Además lleva maíz, y este sabor sobresale mucho en la preparación. Es común agregarle alcaparras y crema, así que yo también se las agregué. Esto estuvo acompañado de arroz y aguacate, así que es una bebida bastante completa. En este primer lugar que visitamos, pedí una limonada de cereza. La bebida mas rica y refrescante que me pude haber tomado, dejo decirlo.
También fuimos a comer en un corrientazo, que no es más que un restaurante bastante sencillo, que te venden menú ejecutivo a muy buen precio. A mí me sirvieron una sopa con carne demasiado buena, y además, me pedí un hígado guisado, con arroz, papá y una ensalada de calabacines bastante buena.
Y para variar, volvimos a salir a comer, y volví a pedir ajiaco, estuvo rico, aunque el primer sitio estuvo mucho mejor.
Otra cosa que me encantó, pero no tuve la oportunidad de volver a comerlo ni tomarle fotos, fue el pan de bono, que cosa más rica. Espero volver a comerlo algún otro día.
Espero seguir compartiendo este tipo de publicaciones, que bien saben que me encanta hacer, aunque ha mermado bastante, por algunas circunstancias, pero les aseguro que cada vez que pueda, las seguiré compartiendo.

We also went to eat at a corrientazo, which is nothing more than a fairly simple restaurant that sells an executive menu at a very good price. They served me a very good soup with meat, and I also ordered a stewed liver, with rice, dad and a very good zucchini salad.
And for a change, we went out to eat again, and I ordered ajiaco again, it was delicious, although the first place was much better.
Another thing I loved, but didn't have the chance to eat it again or take pictures of it, was the pan de bono, what a delicious thing. I hope to eat it again some other day.
