Ingredients;
- 150g of sugar
- 50ml of water
- 120ml of oil
- 200g of wheat flour
- A teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of yeast
- 200ml of warm water
- A drop of green food colouring
- A drop of red food colouring
- A teaspoon of vanilla
- Half teaspoon of lime juice
The method of making;
First, add the flour to the bowl, then add the yeast and baking powder.
Now add the hot water little by little to make a thick batter.
Now add salt powder and mix again.
Add vanilla to this mixture and leave it covered for about twenty minutes.
After 20 minutes.
This batter is divided into three equal parts.
Make mixtures by adding a drop each of red and green food coloring to two bowls.
Now place a flat pan on the stove, add oil to it and let the oil heat up well.Now take an aluminum spoon with small holes and add each of these prepared color mixtures to it, press it with the spoon and pour it into the oil in the form of balls.
Reduce the heat to low, stir, and remove from the stove after about two minutes.
Add both other colors to the oil in the same way, fry, and remove from heat.
Now let's make the sugar syrup. For this, heat a suitable pot on the stove, add sugar to it, add 50ml of water, and melt the sugar by stirring over medium heat.
When it bubbles, turn off the heat and add the lime juice to it.

Mix well and leave it for about fifteen minutes.
