Finding fresh stuff is hard unless you live by the water, that was nice living in the Caribbean is you could go down to the docks and get stuff right off the boat!

Cool. I've never eaten any fish freshly taken from the water. I think the ones we have here takes maybe months of refrigeration before they sell them to us
