On Saturday I went to my ex house.
I live with my wife in Torino, a city in the North West of Italy but I still have an apartment near to our new house and I'd like to sell it.
I spoke with two possible buyers and the bricklayer and at the end of the morning, I went to a little restaurant in which I used to go many years ago in order to have lunch.
The proprietary is changed and a distinct gentleman welcomed me in a nice dehor.
Years ago the menu was cheaper but now the quality is really higher and the quality must be paid and I was happy because I read a lot of particular dishes.
Finally I ordered the appetizer: shrimps over asparagus and strawberries with flowered cheese and a mint leaves.
The proprietary suggested me a rosè wine: it was fresh and sightly sparkling. It was perfect with that dish.
When the proprietary came back, I asked him how he was arrived in that place. The restaurant is in a small village called Dusino San Michele in Asti but there aren't so many customers.
The man told me he had traveled a lot; he studied in USA, he was a marketing entrepreneur but he had inherited an house next to Dusino and he decided to end his work life in that nice but forgotten by God village.
I discovered an interesting person and after that I ordered next dish: linguine (it's a kind of pasta) with asparagus and shrimps
At the end I took a tipical dessert, tiramisù, and a caffè but it was a nice discover and I'll return in this restaurant as soon as possible.
Did you like these dishes?
