RE: I'm Sipping Bitter Latte For My Self Care Routine

Amazing matcha latte. I didn't know they could fry cassava🙂. It's my first time hearing of it.
And I wanted to ask, is coffee used as an ingredient in matcha latte or it's only green leaves? And if no then why is it regarded as a variant of coffee? Just curious🙂.

I love the interior decor of the coffee place. Thanks for sharing Angre🤗

cassava is like taro, potato in texture. so it can be served as frying food :)

actually, matcha latte is not coffee, but it has high caffeine than general tea :) matcha is powder texture of green tea leaves :). for latte, usually adding milk.

Really, so the match leaves contain caffeine as well. I didn't know that, thank you.

I asked about the cassava because we process and consume it a little differently here. We usually grind and roast it instead. Amazing!
