RE: Chicken in Spicy Mango and Sparkling Wine Sauce :p

A spicy mango sauce with hot peppers is so divine. Seeing your mango tree fills me with glorious memories of Mexico during mango season. We sat in a public park shaded by mango trees and couldn't reach them. I had to pick little ones off the ground.

What a privilege to have this tree in your yard.

I think I feel some spicy mango sauced tofu coming to my plate in the near future.😋 I just have to wait to get a paycheck to afford a good mango. Yum I'm really in the mood now haha.

Thanks for the Horacia bonus!

Good day amiga.💚

Hahaha 😘

You made me laugh so much; just when I was taking the chicken out of the freezer, I was wondering if you would use tofu on an onion-less day like this one, haha. Ah I'd use tofu more often if the supermarkets in my town sold it and if when I finally found it, it wasn't so expensive. However, lucky me, these mangoes are free, my dear friend, and I suspect that one of these mangoes must cost quite a lot of money over there in beautiful, cold Montreal. Life's irony.

This mango tree is also a headache, because when in season, the load is so prolific that we have to spend a lot of time picking them, giving them away, using them in whatever we can too and tidying up the yard. Uff. I used to have romantic ideas about having a big yard. Not anymore, haha.

You have been to Mexico. That's just great. You must have lots of beautiful memories to keep you warm in a cold day. Meanwhile, I'd wish to see the snow.

Big hug, querida amiga mía 😁

No the snow is one thing but minus 15c is another. You walk down the street and curse at the sky. You have it made trust me.😄
