Oh my. You really hit a sweet tooth nerve here. In all the best ways. I love caramel, and I love the caramel popcorn you buy but it always tastes artificial after a while. The first one is always lekker but the ones after that feel artificial. But you really gave me the confidence now to make my own. I always thought it was much more difficult to make your own, but apparently not! Thanks so much for sharing this, I will definitely not abuse this newfound secret!
