Good day to all my friends. how are you Today is my day of rest. Because everyone in the family was there. The rest of the day was spent at a children's park to please the children. So we came home and did not forget to share my usual culinary experience with you. The recipe that I am bringing today is a different one. I hope you will like it too. It is a popular tea time dish prepared from leftover bread at home. Also, the fact that it can be prepared with less ingredients and less time is also a specialty of this. Caramel bread popcorn is what I am making today. This can be a dessert. Also, it can be kept for about 5 days and added to food. So let's see what is needed to prepare this.
Materials Used.
6 slices of bread to use for sandwiches.
About 6 tablespoons of water
4 tablespoons of melted condensed milk.
8 tablespoons of sugar.
2 tablespoons of butter.
1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon powder.
The cooking process as follows.
Now first we need to take the bread slices and cut them into small squares.as follows.
Now we need to take the cut pieces of bread and take a suitable vessel and toast them on low flame.
Bread crumbs are toasted, which means that when you take a piece of bread and break it, it crumbles. In that case, it should be removed from the stove.
Now we need to prepare the caramel. For that, place a pot on the stove and add 4 or 5 table sugars. Add about 1 1/2 cups of water to it. Mix it on low heat until the sugar dissolves.
Then increase the heat of the stove when the sugar becomes frothy. Then the sugar will turn golden. Then lower the flame again. Then add butter when it becomes caramelized.
Next we add cinnamon powder and milk . Mix it well.
After that we add the toasted bread pieces to the caramel and mix well. Remove it from the heat after a minute.
