First time making baked banana muffins

Hi foodie friends, how are you? It's always a pleasure to be able to share various cooking menus in this community, and this time I will try to make a banana cup sponge cake, coincidentally there are leftover bananas in the refrigerator so I will make this cake, actually this banana sponge cake, besides being made as a snack menu, this sponge cake can also be used as a dessert.

In my area, this banana cup cake is very popular, wherever there is an event, this cake is definitely served, because the average person in my area really likes banana cake, proven when there is a banana cake dish with other dishes, the one that runs out first is definitely this banana cake, actually, so that the texture and cake are sweet, it is better to use bananas with blackened skin, but because I don't really like sweet things, that's why I make bananas like this, the skin hasn't turned black yet.

Materials used

2 ripe bananas
10 tbsp flour
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp melted butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
1/2 tsp baking powder

Manufacturing procedure



First


take banana, then mash the banana until smooth, you can use any banana, I happen to have a type of kepok banana at home, and I just mash it using a fork

Second


Take another bowl, break one egg, add granulated sugar, melted margarine, vanilla, salt, baking powder, then stir until well mixed, no need to mix

Third

Take the beaten egg and mix it into the banana mixture, then take the wheat flour and add it to the mixture, don't forget to sieve it using this sieve.After the edges have been stirred into a dough, add the chocolate chips to the mixture, then prepare the aluminum foil cup

Four


Next, take the mold and grease it with enough margarine, then put in the dough,Next, bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius, top and bottom heat for 25 minutes.

My roast banana muffins are ready and ready to be served. The taste of the cake is very sweet and soft. The taste is very chocolatey because there are delicious chocolate chips inside and outside. Basically, even though it's my first time making this muffin, I'm very happy because I managed to make it.

At first glance, this muffin cake is similar to banana sponge cake, only it doesn't use liquid milk, it only uses chocochip chocolate, but muffin cake and banana sponge cake are both delicious in my opinion, okay next time I will make another baked banana cake creation.
