Baguette for the first time in a while. The scoring opened up nicely, but I got a bit too relaxed with my new oven and it burned a little 💦
先週パリでパンがおいしかったのを思い出して久しぶりのバゲット。クープはまあまあいい感じに割れたけれど、新しいオーブンで油断したら焦げました💦 来週は久々に練習しよっかな☺️
