Thanks for the feedback, I wasn't really comfortable with the photo, especially the angle, but I'm working on actually appreciating what's interesting in the lack of symmetry.
That's a nice place.
I visited when it was still under renovation after the accident.
Me too, lots of fences, scaffolding and cranes around. Truth is, the surroundings don't feel so chaotic anymore and the queues to visit are well organized.
I referred to the fire of 2019, I think that after that tragedy more people have wanted to visit. It has just opened to the public and it is very crowded.

I kept clicking shots on my phone until I got one with no big trucks. I did shop out the Fed Ex on the truck in front of me. It took away from the aesthetics in my opinion. haha

Today we cheered on my daughter and her friend. They joined the 10km 'run along the flower fields' event that was held here.
It's a very nice event with some very cool views over colorful fields of hyacinths, daffodills and tulips.
They made it to the finish in a record time!
I would hate to run through there ... but I would love to walk and take my time in all that beauty!

It was a very nice view from the window of the room we were staying in. The sound of the surf through the open window all night was amazing.
This was the moment I wanted right now, to enjoy a long sunset on a beautiful beach... I miss feeling the sea breeze.

I did an image search on Google and didn't really get a clear answer. We do have pine trees all around so it probably is but looks different than the big cones that fall off the tree. Might go out in the yard today and do a little more "research". :)
Maybe so? There is a pine tree right above that has been dropping cones like crazy. Not sure if this is from a cone or possibly a smaller bush nearby. I'm curious now so will check more later when it gets lighter. :)
